9 months. Our house has been for sale for 9 months. I never thought our house would be on the market for this long. House showings are picking up. We show the house on average about 8 times a week.I am so tired of strangers coming into my home and looking all around. I'm tired of waiting for the right buyer. We have had a couple offers now but nothing has worked out so far.
