Take Your Child to Work Day

Last Thursday was "Take Your Child to Work Day".  My boys and I went out and did a photo shoot together. We had a great time and I will forever treasure these images of them from our special day we spent together doing what I love.

New Camera + New Lense + Lightrom 2.0 = FUN

I took my new camera out for a spin. I was just taking some interesting shots of the kids playing ball last night. All editing was done in Lightroom 2.0. Other photographers, if you haven't checked the new Lightroom out yet, then do it!
Oh, and yes that is a cast on my daughter's arm. She broke her pinky finger.

Change of Expression

I loved catching the change of expression on my nephews face as he walked to my brother in the lake on the 4th of July.

The Violin

My daughter has been talking about wanting to learn how to play the violin. She will be starting lessons this summer. We purchased her a violin this week and as soon as we came home with it she wanted pictures taken. So here is my daughter with her new violin.

My Baby Turned 6

They grow up so fast! It seems like just yesterday that she was 3lbs and in the NICU. Now she is 6 years old and looking even older in her new pettiskirt that she received for her birthday.

Visit to the Art Museum

On Mother's Day we went to the Philadelphia Art Museum. I enjoyed the day with my husband and children. My kiddos had really been looking forward to going to the art museum. Here are some busts that are on display. It was nice photographing people who didn't move for a change! They made for very good models.

This was a sculpture in the American Modern Art area. I found it interesting.

Boys Will Be Boys

Remember the pictures of my two boys with their instruments and the graffiti wall? Just before we left, my sons climbed on top of our van. My youngest son didn't want to get off the hood and this is what I saw through the windshield.

New Look

You probably noticed a new look to my blog. New look, same great stuff. I am still working on the new design so please pardon me while it is under construction.
